Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) is a diagnostic and treatment process that identifies medical, psychosocial, and functional capabilities of older adults to develop a coordinated plan to maximize overall health with aging.
English Geriatricians have been using this process for decades prior to it’s initial use in the United States in the early part of the 1980s. Since 1985 Dr. Fox has been using comprehensive assessment for older adults and disabled individuals. He established the first proprietary Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment practice, Wellspring Gerontological Services in the United States.
Today, Dr. Fox continues to use his experience and knowledge for personalized and comprehensive assessment of older adults and disabled individuals.
